Build for the workflow
Software should make the next action clear, not add friction.
Available for internships, freelance work & collaboration
I am Mathew Gerald Chukwudera, a Software Engineering student who builds secure web platforms and thoughtful systems software for real-world workflows.
01 / PROFILE
I am pursuing a B.Tech in Software Engineering at the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, with an expected graduation year of 2029. My work moves comfortably between polished web interfaces, backend services, and systems-level programming.
I enjoy turning complex, everyday processes into software people can trust: defining the workflow, securing the data, and refining the details that make a product feel reliable.
Software should make the next action clear, not add friction.
Authentication, data boundaries, and validation belong in the foundation.
From modern C++ to web infrastructure, I keep extending the range of problems I can solve.
02 / SELECTED WORK
Five focused builds across education technology, public web, flight reservations, and security tools.
Role-based school result infrastructure where teachers enter scores, administrators manage academic records, students redeem secure scratch-card PINs, and anyone can verify a printed result.
A modern public-facing school website that communicates the school experience clearly, supports enquiries, and connects visitors to the school's online services.
A modern C++20 reservation system for user accounts, flight seats, persistence, and payment verification.
A graphical evolution of the flight reservation experience, focused on making the core booking workflow approachable in a desktop interface.
A command-line tool that scans GitHub repositories (public and private with token) for accidentally committed environment files (.env, config files with secrets, etc.) in the Git history and reports findings (read-only, no modifications). Features include multi-threaded scanning, configurable output formats (text, JSON, CSV), and direct links to exact commits.
